摘  要:介绍了碘量法测定过氧化十二酰含量的方法和步骤,并对影响测定结果的各种因素进行了讨论。结果表明,最佳测定条件为:试样量0.25 g,加入NaHCO3反应生成CO2排除空气,以体积比为3∶2的冰乙酸和三氯甲烷为混合溶剂,并加入浓盐酸,55-60℃下反应20-30 min,滴定前加入少量水,滴定至淀粉指示剂由蓝紫色变无色时为终点。The determination methods and steps of dodecamethylene peroxide content by iodimetry were introduced. The various factors effect on the determination results were discussed. The results showed that the optimum determination conditions were as follows: sample weight 0. 25 g, adding NaHCO3 (generating CO2 to eliminate air), acetic acid and chloroform with volume ratio of 3:2 as mixed solvent and adding concentrated hydrochloric acid. The reaction was carried out at 55 - 60℃ for 20 - 30 min. Little water was added before titration and the color of starch indicator changed from blue - violet to clorless in the titration end - point.
