水稻成熟胚不同接种方式对愈伤组织诱导的影响

摘　　要：采用4种不同的接种方式,对3个水稻品种的成熟胚进行了愈伤组织诱导试验。结果表明:在胚上纵切1刀,将种子接种在培养基上的接种方式,愈伤组织诱导率最高、出芽率最低,且愈伤组织质量最好,可以在短时间内获得大量胚性愈伤组织,建立悬浮系,其愈伤组织在较短的时间即可分化出再生植株,是1种简单、方便、效果好的诱导水稻愈伤组织的理想方法。The mature embryos of three rice varieties were inoculated by four methods for callus induction. The results showed that the inoculation method of cutting the embryo and inoculating the seed on the medium was a ideal method for inducing rice callus easily, conveniently and effectively with the highest callus induction rate, the lowest shooting rate and the best callus. A large number of embryogenic calli could be obtained and the plants could be regenerated in a short time using this method.
