李、杏远缘杂交及杂种幼胚培养研究初报

摘　　要：以2个李品种和3个杏品种为试材,初步探索了李属种间远缘杂交的亲和性,筛选出适宜李幼胚培养的培养基,初步建立了李、杏杂种幼胚培养技术体系,获得了26个李、杏远缘杂种株系。Using two plum varieties and three apricot varieties as the experimental materials, the compatibilities of interspecific hybridization in Prunus L. were explored. The suitable medium for plum immature embryo culture was screened out. The culture technical system of the immature hybrid embryo between plum and apricot was established, and 26 hybrid plants were obtained.
