摘　　要：从农村集体建设用地使用权流转概念出发,分析了农村集体建设用地使用权流转现状及存在的问题,并以天津市为例,探讨了几种农村集体用地流转模式,旨在为我国农村集体土地资源优化配置提供参考。Based on the concept of use right transfer of rural collective construction land, the status and problems are analyzed. Taking Tianjin as an example, the patterns of rural collective construction land are discussed, which would provide references for the optimal allocation of rural collective land resources in China.
