复方中药对慢性萎缩性胃炎细胞凋亡及bcl-2、bax表达的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察胃萎Ⅰ号治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果,并从细胞凋亡和相关基因的表达方面探讨其作用机理。【方法】120例患者均经胃镜与病理检查证实为慢性萎缩性胃炎,分成两组,分别采用胃萎Ⅰ号、三九胃泰冲剂治疗,原位末端标记法(Tunel)检测细胞凋亡,免疫组化检测bcl-2、bax的表达。【结果】治疗组(胃萎Ⅰ号)综合疗效优于对照组(三九胃泰)(P<0.05)。治疗组细胞凋亡率和bax表达率分别从21.81%、41.18%升高至40.52%、61.76%;而bcl-2表达率从85.71%下降至22.86%(P<0.05)。对照组上述指标无明显变化。【结论】胃萎Ⅰ号能有效治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,其机理可能是通过增强bax表达而抑制bcl-2表达,诱导胃黏膜细胞凋亡。[ Objective] To study the effect of Weiweiyihao Granule on treating chronic atrophic gastritis and the mechanism of apoptosis and its relative genes expression. [Methods] A total of 120 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis were divided into 2 groups, Chinese herbal observation group （treatment group） and Sanjiuweitai Granule control group （control group） . The apoptosis and expression of bcl-2 and bax were detected by Ttmel and immunohistochemical method separately. [ Results] The compre- hensive efficiency rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05） . Apoptosis and bax expression rate were significantly increased from 21.81%, 41.18% to 40.52%, 61.76% , but bcl-2 expression rate was decreased from 85.71% to 22.86 % in treatment group （ P 〈 0.05） . Control group didn＇t display obvious effect on apoptosis and genes expression. [ Conclusion ] Weiweiyihao Granule is effective for chronic atrophic gastritis , induces significant gastric epithelial apoptosis , increases bax expression but suppress bcl- 2 expression.
