摘　　要：【目的】薄层色谱法定性鉴别新冠心苏合滴丸中的苏合香。【方法】制备供试品溶液、阴性对照液、对照品溶液。取供试品溶液、阴性对照液、对照品溶液分别点于同一硅胶GF254薄层板上。用展开剂展开后晾干,置254 nm紫外灯下检视。【结果】薄层色谱中能明显检出苏合香。【结论】该法准确、可靠,可有效鉴别新冠心苏合滴丸中的苏合香。[Objective] To identify the styrax in New Guanxin Suhe Droplet Pill by TLC. [Methods] Prepare solution for sampie, negative comparison solution, comparison solution. Drop solution for sample, negative comparison solution, comparison solution on the same silica gel GF254 lamella. Dried it after unfurling by unfurling reagent, and then inspect it under the UV lamp. [Results] Detected the styrax by the chromatogram of TLC obviously. [ Conclusions] This method is accurate and reliable, and it can identify the styrax of New Guanxin Suhe Droplet Pill effectively.
