摘　　要：一个完备的体育产业风险投资市场的运作必须具备机构组织、资金来源及退出方式等多种要素。在分析我国体育产业风险投资机构的组织模式选择、组织结构设计及资金来源渠道的基础上,探讨了我国体育产业风险投资的运作过程及退出方式的选择,提出了发展我国体育产业风险投资的战略。A complete sports industry venture capital market＇s operation must have the organization, the sources of fund and the withdrawal way and so on many kinds of essential factors. Based on analyzing organization pattern choice, organizational structure design and fund sources channel of Chinese sports industry＇s venture capital organization, the authors have discussed Chinese sports industry＇s venture capital operation process and the withdrawal way choice,proposed developmental Chinese sports industry＇s venture capital strategy.
