摘　　要：对全运会女足决赛队伍的调查分析表明,全运会女足整体竞技水平发展不均衡,竞技水平呈区域性非均衡发展特征;最高水平女足队伍的整体年龄尚合理,但优秀队员年龄普遍偏大,强队主力队员的平均年龄均已过竞技高峰年龄;女足科技服务存在着观念、认识上的偏差。而整体优势开始弱化;后备人才培养重视不够;教练员缺乏系统培训,综合素质和执教水平偏低;急功近利的短期行为等是全运会女足队伍存在的主要问题。This article has analyzed the competitive women＇ s football movement in the national games. It is imbalanced for the whole development level of the competitive women＇ s football; the athletics level of women＇ s football takes on the characteristics of regional non-balanced development at present. The whole player＇ s age structure of the top teams is rea- sonable, but the ages of the elite players are inclined to old, and the average age of the main players in strong teams has ex- ceeded the age of competitive flood tide. In addition the notions and the level of cognition about the service of science and technology for the woman＇ s football exists some problems. At the same time the ebb of the whole advantages,the less at- tention to the cultivating the persons with ability, being short of system training of coaches who have poor comprehensive qualities and low level of teaching and administration, as well as the bad behavior of being eager for quick success and instant benefit are all the main barriers in the way to push the development of the woman＇ s football.
