义乌樊村货运站发展现状研究

摘　　要：分析研究搜集到的信息后发现大多数货运站的装卸作业质量不高,缺乏专业人才,这将影响物流运输服务的可持续发展。基于义乌樊村周边大部分货运站为个体货运站,要改变现状,提升服务水平惟有从细节处着手,小投入大产出的发展策略方能为其所用。最适合的方法应该是吸引在校大专生来实习,一方面货运站可获取专业知识,提升经营层次,增强竞争力;另一方面大学生也能知行合一,提高专业水平,实现双赢。Analysis of information gathered revealed that the majority cargo handling activities of the CFS is not high quality, and lack of professional personnel, this will affect the logistics and transport services in continuable development. Based an the inves- tigation, most of the CFS are individual CFS. It is necessary to change the status quo, improve service levels can only proceed from the details of a small input of the development strategy for large outputs can be used for it. The most suitable method should be at school to attract students to internships, on the one hand, the boss of the CFS may obtain professional knowledge, improve the management level and strengthen the competities, on the other hand, college students can put their knowledge into action, improve professional standards, achieve a win-win situation.
