摘　　要：完善的军事物流动员体制是我军战时及遂行抗震救灾等非作战任务时顺利开展物流工作的根本保证。而目前军事物流动员体制还不完全适应市场经济体制和高技术战争条件下战时军事物流对动员的要求。文章分析了现阶段军事物流动员体制的现状及存在的问题,如组织体系不合理、法律制度不完善等,并对如何解决这些问题,提出了建设性的意见。The operative military logistics mobilization system is the most important fact to accomplish the military logistics mission during the period of the war and crisis such as earthquakes. But our military logistics mobilization system in existence does not adapt to the demand of high-tech Operation of modem times and market economy System. This paper analyzes the present situation and the existing problem of rail, itary logistics mobilization System, such as the segment of the logistics departments, the lack of legal system and so on, According tO this, we put forward some countermeasures to solve them.
