摘 要:根据动车组制动系统对闸片的要求,研制动车组粉末冶金闸片。动车组制动系统要求闸片应具有耐磨、耐热及摩擦系数稳定等性能。因此研制的闸片:摩擦材料以铜基为主要成分,含有铁、二硫化钼、镍、钨、石墨及其他化学成分,通过材料选配,用正交设计方法优化得到各化学成分的含量;采用弹性结构;运用粉末冶金摩擦材料生产工艺进行生产。1∶1制动台架试验结果表明:闸片摩擦系数稳定,制动盘温升不超过500℃,磨耗量小于0.35 cm3.MJ-1,对制动盘无不良损伤现象;闸片的各项性能指标优良,符合UIC标准,能够满足动车组制动系统的技术要求;闸片的成本优势比较明显,可以批量生产。According to the braking system requirements of EMUs, the powder metallurgy brake pads for EMUs have been developed. The braking system of EMUs requires the brake pads should have good wear resistance, heat resistance and friction coefficient stability and so on. Therefore, the friction material of the developed brake pads is mainly Cu-based components, containing iron, molybdenum disulfide, nickel, tungsten, graphite and other chemical compositions. Through material selection and proportion, the orthogonal design method is used to optimize the chemical constituents, and the content for each constituent is obtained. The flexible structure is adopted. Power metallurgy production process of friction materials is utilized for production. 1 : 1 brake dynamometer test results show that the friction coefficient of the brake pad is stable. The temperature rise of the brake disc is no more than 500℃. The abrasion loss is less than 0.35 cm· MJ^-1. No adverse injury situation occurs to the brake disc. All the performance indices of brake pad are excellent, which meets the UIC standards for the technical requirements for the braking system of EMUs. The cost advantage of the brake pad is significant compared with the imported brake pad, and can be mass produced.
