隔核桃壳灸为主治疗白内障50例

摘　　要：将经中药药液浸泡后的核桃壳扣在病眼上，用艾条隔核桃壳灸，并配合针刺睛明、承泣、丝竹空、合谷、阳陵泉、光明、太冲等，治疗５０例９２只眼，痊愈２８例５４只眼，显效１０例１７只眼，有效６例１１只眼，无效６例１０只眼，总有效率为８９％。认为该法可疏通眼部经气，达明目退翳之功。The affected eye was covered with a walnut shell soaked in herbal decoction and moxastick moxibustion was perfomed on the shell,accompanied by needling points Jingming(B l),Chengqi(S l),Sizhukong(SJ 23),Hegu(LI4),Yanglingquan(G34),Guangming(G37)and Taicong(Liv3).92 eyes were treated in 50 cases and a cure occurred in 54 eyes of 28 cases,obvious effectiveness in 17 eyes of 10 cases,effectiveness in 11 eyes of 6 cases and ineffectiveness in 10 eyes of 6 cases,the total effective rate being 89%.It is considered that this therapy can promote the circulation of qi in the eye channel to improve eyesight and remove nebula.
