摘　　要：目的分析手足口病在托幼机构的流行特征,寻找预防和控制托幼机构传染病流行的措施。方法采用描述性和分析性流行病学方法对东莞市一儿童福利院手足口病暴发疫情进行分析。结果此次疫情流行历时10天,该福利院共出现33例,罹患率8.78%,调查发现该福利院的医生和保育员不熟悉手足口病的临床表现。结论托幼机构工作人员对手足口病的认识亟待提高,早发现、早报告、早隔离、早治疗是及时、有效地控制疫情的关键。Objective To analyze the epidemical characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease （HFMD） in kindergarten, and to explore effective measures to prevent and control infectious diseases in kindergarten. Methods Descriptive and observational epidemiologieal methods were used. Results The epidemic situation lasted for 10 days, 33 patient were found, attack rate is 8. 78%. Childminders were not familiar with the clinical symptoms of hand foot and mouth disease. Conclusion Some effective measures should be taken to improve the childminders＇ knowledge about hand, foot and mouth disease （HFMD） .
