优拓用于小面积烧伤创面包扎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨优拓用于小面积烧伤创面换药护理的效果。方法:将112例132处小面积(<5%)烧伤患者采用简单随机法分为观察组和对照组,两组均采用常规消毒,生理盐水清洁创面后,观察组创面用优拓覆盖,对照组创面用凡士林纱布覆盖,外层均盖1%聚维酮碘溶液纱布及2层无菌纱布并用胶布固定,观察组平均2～3d换药1次直至愈合,对照组根据创面情况决定换药间隔时间。对换药时敷料是否粘连创面、有无疼痛、出血以及伤口愈合时间等方面进行观察比较。结果:两组在是否粘连创面、有无疼痛、出血以及伤口愈合时间等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组创面愈合时间平均缩短3d。结论:对小面积烧伤创面使用优拓敷料能加快创面愈合,减轻疼痛,是一种伤口新型换药敷料,可以在临床推广使用。Objective：To explore the effect of Urgotul on small area bum. Methods： One hundred and twelve patients with 132 small area bums （ 〈 5% ） were divided into observation group and control group at random. All the patients were debrided with saline and Betagen solution as routine treatment, then the raw surface were covered with Urgotul in the observation group and with vaseline gauze in the control group. And then all the patients in both groups were covered with gauze of 1% （v/v） Betagen solution and fixed with two layers of sterilized gauze and adhesive tape. The dressing was changed every 2 or 3 days till burns healed up in the observation group, while in the control group the dressing was changed according to the raw surface condition. Whether there were dressing adhesion, pain, hemorrhage and the healing time were observed and compared. Results： There was significant difference between the two groups in dressing adhesion, pain, hemorrhage and healing time （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Three days had been shortened in healing up of the bums in the observation groups. Conclusions： Urgotul in treating small area burn can relieve pain and promote the healing and has good value in clinic application.
