胸腔镜胸交感神经切断术治疗原发性手汗症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析胸腔镜下胸交感神经切断术治疗手汗症的临床经验。方法:回顾分析37例手汗症患者行胸腔镜胸交感神经切断术的临床资料。结果:37例手术均获成功,平均手术时间(双侧)45min,平均住院4.5d;术后3例发生皮下气肿,2例胸腔积液,均治愈。双手无汗1例,未进一步治疗。随访时间3～24个月,无复发。结论:胸腔镜胸交感神经切断术治疗手汗症疗效确切、创伤轻、安全性高。Objective：To discuss and analyze the clinical experience of thoracoscopic sympathetic nerve chain resection for palmar hyperhidrosis. Methods： The clinical data of 37 patients with palmar hyperhidrosis who underwent thoracoseopic sympathetic nerve chain resection were analyzed retrospectively. Results：The operation was successfully performed in all patients. The average operation time （both side） was 45min. The mean hospitalization was 4.5d. The follow-up was 3-24 months and no recurrence occurred. Pneumoderma occurred in three patients and pleural effusion in 2 cases postoperatively,which were all cured. Absent sweating on both hands occurred in one patient, but the symptoms were tolerable and required no further treatment. Conclusions：Thoracoscopic sympathectomy is an effective, mini-invasive and safe therapy for patients with palmar hyperbidrosis.
