腹腔镜胆总管探查术后22例并发症分析

摘　　要：目的:总结腹腔镜胆总管探查术(laparoscopic common bile duct exploration,LCBDE)术后的并发症及防治方法。方法:回顾分析1996年10月至2008年6月我院行436例LCBDE中22例患者发生并发症的临床资料。结果:22例患者中,6例术后发生胆漏,3例术后早期发生"T"管脱落,11例胆总管残石,2例"T"管拔除后胆漏。22例均痊愈出院。结论:娴熟的腹腔镜技术和腹腔镜下胆道镜技术是减少LCBDE并发症的关键因素。Objective ： To discuss the prevention and treatment of complications after laparoscopic common bile duct exploration （LCBDE）. Methods：The clinical data of 22 cases with complications after LCBDE from Oct. 1996 to Jun. 2008 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results： Among the 22 cases, postoperative bile leakage occurred in 6 cases, T-tube defluvium in 3 cases, remnant stone in the common bile duct in 11 cases and bile leakage after exelcymosis of T-tube in 2 cases. All cases recovered after appropriate treatment. Conclusions：The skilled laparoscopic and choledochoscopic techniques should be guaranteed to prevent the complications of LCBDE.
