摘　　要：实践教学是培养法律专门人才的一种有效手段,它对检验学生所学专业知识和理论体系、训练法学专业思维、强化法律职业伦理修养、提高法律职业技能等都具有极其重要的作用。在目前的法学实践教学中,存在着实践环节缺乏系统的理论作指导、实践教学内容较单一、教学环节与学生所处的年级及开设的专业课程相脱节等现象。因此,应通过建立实践教学激励机制、建立实践教学评估体系等举措以加强法学实践教学。The practice teaching is one of the most effective measures to cuhivate legal specialized talents and plays a critical role in verifying students＇ professional knowledge and theoretical system, training specialized thinking, strengthening professional ethics and enhancing vocational skills. By analyzing status quo and problems in present practice teaching, this paper believes that it is of great necessity to construct the innovative practice teaching model to law majors and it also suggests plans to implement it.
