高压氧救治一氧化碳中毒及其相对禁忌症的处理

摘　　要：目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)急诊抢救一氧化碳(CO)中毒时,如何正确处理其相对禁忌症的方法。方法:对我院收治的46例CO中毒存在治疗相对禁忌症的患者,在治疗压力、加压时间、减压时间、病情交待、入舱前的药物治疗等方面,给予相应特殊处理和对症治疗。结果:经过临床观察,46例患者不但得到了及时的救治,而且无一例并发症发生。结论:既往存在HBO相对禁忌症的CO中毒患者,在入舱前必须针对HBO的副作用和相对禁忌症进行必要的药物治疗或相应处理且是可以进行HBO治疗的。Objective： to investigate the suitable means of dealing with the patients with CO poisoning who had HBO relative contraindication in HBO emergency saving. Method： 46 CO poisoning cases that had relative contraindication in HBO therapy from Jan 2002 to Dec 2008 were choosed, some special and symptomatic treatment upon the pressure, the time of pressing, the time of decompressing, the statement of patient＇ s condition and drug therapy before pressing, etc were used. Result： all of the 46 patients were cured on time and none of them had any complication. Conclusion： the CO poisoning patients who had the relative contraindication of HBO could conduct the HBO therapy if they get contrapositive treatment concerning the HBO side effects and relative contraindication before they get into the HBO chamber.
