摘　　要：《禁毒法》把社区戒毒和社区康复作为新的戒毒措施被确立。目前,社区戒毒和社区康复的实践活动在全国各地广泛开展。以上海为例,具体在组织实施架构、管理体系和评估标准等方面作出分析探讨,以期使戒毒康复工作系统功能最优化,巩固禁毒成果,促进吸毒人员的社会融入。the community treatment and community - based rehabilitation are adopted as a new drug measures in ＂anti - drug law＂. At present, the practical activities of the community drug treatment and community - based rehabilitation are carried out throughout the country. It discusses the the implementation of organizational structure, management system and assessment criteria with Shanghai as an example, in order to make the drug rehabilitation system optimalizec, consolidate the results of the anti - drug work , and promote the social integration of drug addicts.
