摘 要:目的分析沈阳某超长地下室混凝土结构的温度应力,给出有效的抗裂措施,实现地下室结构的无缝设计.方法利用相关理论对混凝土膨胀、水化热、收缩和环境温度变化等温度作用进行计算,采用ABAQUS有限元程序对地下室结构在总温差作用下的温度应力进行分析,探讨设置与不设置后浇膨胀加强带两种情况下地下室底板、顶板和外墙温度应力的大小和分布.结果未设置后浇膨胀加强带的地下室施工一阶段的温度应力较大,设置后浇膨胀加强带后温度应力有了明显地减小;拐角、洞边以及洞口与洞口之间较窄等部位应力集中现象显著.结论通过合理设置后浇膨胀加强带和温度钢筋,采用补偿收缩混凝土及在环境温差、材料、混凝土生产技术和施工等角度做好控制,本超长地下室可不设置伸缩缝.The purpose is to study the temperature stress of an overlength basement concrete structure in Shenyang, to point out the effective anti-cracking measures and to achieve the jointless design of the basement. Concrete expansion, hydration heat, shrinks and environment temperature changes were calculated through correlation theories. By analyzing basement structure under the overall difference in temperature by finite computing software ABAQUS, the characteristics of temperature stress of the base board, floor and exterior wall in setting and not setting the post-pouring strengthening band were studied. The results show that the temperature stress of the basement of construction of stage 1 without the post-pouring strengthening band was larger, the stress of the basement with the post-pouring strengthening band decreased obviously;the stress of the comer, the cave-side and the local narrower parts between the holes was the largest. The conclusion shows that the expansion joint may not be set in an overlength basement by setting the post-pouring strengthening band and temperature reinforced reasonably, adopting the shrinkage-compensating concrete along with doing a good job in temperature difference, materials, production technology of concrete and construction.
