摘  要:目的缩短高质量浓度污泥SBR短程硝化反应启动时间.方法以普通污水处理厂的剩余活性污泥为种泥,采用高质量浓度污泥种泥的投加,高曝气淘汰,淘洗,低氧曝气短程硝化方法进行培养驯化.结果经过21个周期的培养驯化,成功地实现了纯自养短程硝化反应器的启动,稳定后的反应系统氨氮去除率达到了99%,亚硝化率稳定在76%左右.结论通过对培养过程中各个条件的控制,在纯自养系统中,仍可以进行反硝化作用,并且可以在较短时间内实现系统的启动.反硝化碳源来自微生物自身产生并游离到水中的有机物质.分阶段曝气的两个阶段依次是高曝气量淘汰培养阶段和低曝气量短程硝化驯化阶段,第一个阶段能够实现异养菌的淘汰和硝化细菌数量的积累,在第二阶段中,NO2-得到积累.In order to shorten the period of start-up of partial nitrification in SBR rector, the residual sludge of general wastewater treatment plant is used as the seed. The domestication process is achieved by adding the high concentration of sludge inoculation, high aeration to eliminate heterotrophic bacteria and promote nitrification bacteria and ammonia-oxidizing bacteria growth, washing and mid-aeration to realize partial nitrification. The autotrophic partial nitrification has been achieved successfully after 21 cycles; the nitrogen removal efficiency is steadily at 99%, partial nitrification efficiency steady rate is at 76%. The conclusion shows that the start-up of partial nitrification is achieved in a short period through the control of conditions in the process. Carbon sources come from organic substance produced by the microorganism themselves. The enrichment of nitrification bacteria is achieved in high aeration stage and NO2- is accumulated in the other stage.
