摘　　要：医生兼职执业是我国医药卫生体制改革中的一个重要问题。本文在文献研究的基础上,系统总结并分析了医生兼职执业的概念、存在的原因及利弊等问题,以期为规范医师兼职执业管理提供有益参考。Part - time practice of medical practitioners （PPMP） is one of the important issues involved in reformation of health care system in China. On the basis of literatures review, some aspects such as concept, reason, advantage and disadvantage of PPMP are systemically analyzed in order to provide some suggestions for regular management of PPMP in the reformation of health care system.
