摘  要:为了贯彻党中央、国务院的文件精神,保障人民群众饮用水安全,黑龙江省开展了饮用水源地基础环境调查与评估工作。调查结果表明,黑龙江省县级以上政府所在城镇共有178个饮用水源地,其中河流型18个,湖库型23个,地下水型137个。河流型和湖库型饮用水源地水质达标率为100%。地下水类型饮用水源地有50个未达标,占地下水类型水源地总数的36%。水源地保护区中工业废水排放量1 755.43万吨/年,城镇生活废水排放量2 999.66万吨/年,非点源废水排放量38 618.46万吨/年。掌握了黑龙江省饮用水源地环境状况和污染状况,制定了不同类型饮用水源地的污染防治对策。推动了饮用水源保护工作的全面开展,提高了黑龙江省的饮用水安全保障水平。In order to implement the spirit of the document of the CPC Central Committee and State Council, and to protect the masses of the people drinking water security, Heilongjiang province developed the basic environmental investigation and assessment of the drinking water sources. Survey results show that there are a total of 178 drinking water sources in the cities and towns of Heilongjiang province where the governments are located at or above the county level, including fiver - type 18, lake res- ervoir - type 23, groundwater - type 137. Water quality reaching standard rate of river - type and lake reservoir - type are 100%. 50 drinking water sources of groundwater - type ,do not reach the standard, account for the total of groundwater - type 36%. The discharge amount of industrial wastewater in water source protection zone is17 ,554 ,300 t/a, the discharge amount of urban domestic wastewater is 29,996,600 t/a, and the discharge amount of non-point sources is386,184,600 t/a. The environmental conditions and pollution conditions of the province's drinking water source have been mastered, the countermeasures of the different types of drinking water source have been maken. The protection work of drinking water sources has been promoted to carry out comorehensive, and our orovinee's drinking water safety level has been enhanced.
