摘  要:制药行业是污水的主要来源,是国家环保规划重点治理的行业之一。青霉素制药废水成分复杂,有机物、溶解性和胶体性固体浓度较高,含有大量微生物难以降解甚至对微生物有抑制作用的物质,可生化性较差。用单一的生化法处理效果差,因此,为达到环境要求和相关标准,对青霉素废水处理的研究有着重要的意义。本文以内蒙古某制药厂的6-APA生产废水处理为背景,根据对不同废水采用不同的预处理设施,采用UASB+AF—水解酸化—CASS—生物接触氧化处理,经过三个月的调试运行,其出水水质达到了国家二级排放标准。综合研究结果证明采用该工艺是适合6-APA生产废水处理要求的。Pharmaceutical industry is an important sewage source and it is listed in the national environmental protection plan. Wastewater of penicillin production has complicated compositions, high concentrations of organic compounds, dissolved solids and colloids, and lots of pollutants difficult to degrade by microorganism. To meet relevant environmental requirements and standards, wastewater treatment of penicillin production is of great importance. Water sample in this study is from a pharmaceutical factory in Inner Mongolia, according to the law of various wastewater taking different pretreatment facilities, UASB + AF - acid hydrolysis - CASS - bio - contact oxidation are applied in the treatment of the 6APA Inner Mongolia pharmaceutical Co. , Ltd,. It is concluded that the quality of emission meets national standard for secondary, after the three - month operation. The results showed that the process was suitable for wasterwater treatment of 6 - APA.
