气相色谱法测定水中的环氧氯丙烷

摘　　要：文章研究水中环氧氯丙烷的气相色谱方法。采用二氯甲烷萃取，DB-5，30m80．32mm80．25μm弹性石英毛细色谱柱分离，电子捕获检测器（ECD）检测环氧氯丙烷，环氧氯丙烷的回收率在94．9％～113％之间。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0．7％，得到了良好的分离效果、较宽的线性关系和较高的灵敏度，方法简便、快捷，该法可满足地表水环境质量标准的要求。Epiehlorohydrin in water was detected by gas chromatography method, separated with DB -5,30 m ＊ 0. 32 mm ＊ 0.25 μm column, detected by ECD detector. The recoveries of Epiehlorohydrin were 94.9% - 113% , the RSD of determination were 0. 7%. This method has high sensitivity, precision, and wide linearity. The method is simple, fast. The results could meet the requirement of GB3838 - 2002.
