摘　　要：唐宋时期私有房产租赁市场有明显发展,房产租赁市场主体之一——出租者也相当活跃,他们出租的房产规模日益扩大,而且出租这些房产的出租者构成也趋于多样化。如果按照参与城市私有房产出租者身份的不同,这一时期,房产出租者大约主要有皇室、官员,商人、富室以及其他出租者。分析不同身份的出租者在房产租赁市场的具体情况,可以了解唐宋时期城市商品经济的发展程度。Tang and Song Dynasties private real estate rental market has obviously development,real estate leasing market, the main one - letting those who are quite active, they let the increasing size of real estate, rental and leasing of such properties are also those who pose a diversified. According to the city to participate in private housing rentals are a different identity during this period, real estate rentals are mainly about the royal family, government officials, businessmen, rich, as well as other rooms were rented. By analyzing the different identity of the rental real estate rental market in specific circumstances, you can understand the city during the Tang and Song of the commodity level of economic development.
