摘 要:唐宋时期私有房产租赁市场有明显发展,房产租赁市场主体之一——出租者也相当活跃,他们出租的房产规模日益扩大,而且出租这些房产的出租者构成也趋于多样化。如果按照参与城市私有房产出租者身份的不同,这一时期,房产出租者大约主要有皇室、官员,商人、富室以及其他出租者。分析不同身份的出租者在房产租赁市场的具体情况,可以了解唐宋时期城市商品经济的发展程度。Tang and Song Dynasties private real estate rental market has obviously development,real estate leasing market, the main one - letting those who are quite active, they let the increasing size of real estate, rental and leasing of such properties are also those who pose a diversified.
