清初陕北沿边地区管理体制转变研究

摘　　要：为了加强北方防御,朱明王朝于陕北沿边地区设置了具有地理性质的军事管理机构——榆林镇。清朝建立后,榆林镇失去了原有的军事意义,所以在陕北沿边地区建立划一的府州县的地方管理体制势在必然。历经顺治、康熙、雍正朝的调整、改制后,陕北沿边地区最终完成了从原来的军事管理体制向府州县的地方管理体制的转变。In order to intensify northern defense, Zhu-ruled Ming Dynasty set up Yulin Town, a military administrative organization with geographical properties in the bordering area of northern Shaanxi. After the establishment of the Qing Dynasty, Yulin Town lost its original military significance. Hence, the establishment of a unified system ofFu, Zhou and County became inevitable. Through adjustment and change of system in the administrations of Shunzhi, Kangxi, and Yongzheng, the bordering area of northern Shaanxi eventually finished the transformation from original military administrative system to the local administrative system ofFu, Zhou and County.
