黑冰片炮制工艺优化的研究

摘　　要：目的：为黑冰片炮制工艺的优化提供依据。方法：在传统工艺的基础上，选用改进工艺将野猪粪进行炮制，且与传统工艺炮制的炮制品在性状、药效和成分含量方面进行比较。结果：改进工艺组、传统工艺组药效显著好于空白对照组，改进工艺组与传统工艺组相比药效无显著差异；改进工艺组有毒金属及砷盐含量显著低于传统工艺组。结论：改进工艺可以代替传统工艺。Objective： To provide the basis of the processing optimization of faeces suis scrofari carbonisatonis. Methods： Based on the traditional preparation technology, improved process of preparation on faeces suis scrofari carbonisatonis is adopted. At the same time the preparation＇ s appearance, pharmaceutical effect and active ingredient content are compared between traditional and improved method of preparation. Results： It showed that the improved group and the traditional group could significantly increase pharmaceutical effect than control group, however there is＇ t noticeable differentence between them. The contents of poisonous metals and arsenicum - salt of the improved group was significantly lower than the traditional. Conclusion：the traditional method can be instead by the improved one.
