摘 要:基于梁杆非线性有限元理论和预应力索张拉力学模型建立了双向张弦桁架结构施工过程跟踪计算理论和计算方法,在AutoCAD平台上开发了计算软件.此方法可以考虑结构体系转换、施工荷载、边界条件、预张力等因素的改变对施工过程的影响,实现对结构施工全过程的跟踪模拟分析.通用有限元计算结果的对比表明所提出的计算方法具有足够的精度,工程实测结果对比说明所提出的计算理论和计算方法能够较好的反映实际情况,比较真实地计算出结构在施工过程中的力学行为,可对确定和优化结构施工方案提供理论指导.Based on the nonlinear finite element theory of link and beam element and the tension model of cables, the numerical computation theory and method for construction process simulation of bidirectional cable-stayed spatial truss structures were presented and the software system was developed on the basis of AutoCAD software. This software system can simulate the whole construction process of structures considering the variation of structural system, construction load, boundary condition and even pretension in cables. Comparison with the results of general finite element method demonstrated that the results of the proposed method were accurate enough for engineering, and comparison with the spot monitoring test results verified that the proposed theory and method can well simulate the real characteristic of structures in the construction process, which can help to provide a theoretical direction for design and optimization of structural construction scheme.
