黄葵胶囊配合西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察黄葵胶囊配合西药治疗2型糖尿病合并早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法将62例DN患者随机分为2组。对照组30例采取生活方式干预,优质低蛋白饮食,药物控制血糖、血压,治疗组32例加用黄葵胶囊,每次5粒,每日3次口服。2组均8周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察2组治疗前后24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)变化及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率84.4%,对照组总有效率63.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后UAER、尿2β-MG与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);2组治疗后UAER、尿β2-MG比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄葵胶囊对早期DN肾小球及肾小管的损伤有保护作用,可以延缓DN进展,是治疗DN安全、有效的药物。Objective To observe the effect of combination of Huangkui capsule and western medicine on typee 2 diabetes complicated with early diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods 62 cases of type 2 diabetes with DN were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group （ n = 30） were administrated by life style, high - qualified low protein diet and drugs for controlling blood sugar and pressure. Patients in treatment group （ n = 32） were treated by combination of Huangkui capsule,5 pills, thrice a day and routine therapy during 8 weeks. Changes of UAER, quantity of urine protein during 24 hours, urine β2 - MG, Scr and BUN before and after treatment in two groups were observed. Results UAER and urine β2 - MG after treatment were decreased in comparison with those before treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. There was obvious difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate in the treatment group （84.4%） was markedly higher than that in the control groups （63.3 %, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Huangkui capsules could improve functions of kidney glomerular and tubular in early diabetic nephropathy patients, and could delay the progress of diabetic nephropathy. It was a safe and effective drug on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
