摘　　要：本文综述了近年来国内外对山姜属植物化学成分及药理活性的研究状况.山姜属植物中主要化学成分包括挥发油、黄酮类、二苯庚烷类、萜类、糖苷、苯丙素等.有抗菌、抗氧化、抗癌、抗血栓、降血压、降血脂、降血糖、止吐、镇痛等作用.This paper summarized the studies on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Alpinia L. in recent years. The main constituents of Alpinia L. are essential oils, flavones, diphenylheptanes, terpenes, glycosides and phenyl- propanoids. It has antibiotic functions, antioxidant effect, anticancer effect, antithrombotic effect, antihypertensive effect, hypo-lipidemie activity,hypoglycaemic activity,antiemetic effect,antinociceptive effect,et al.
