摘　　要：用硫酸装置净化工序排放的污水代替工艺水,作为磷酸生产萃取工序真空过滤三洗水,介绍了运行情况及完善措施,通过运行试验实现了污水零排放,达到了环境保护和清洁生产的要求。Effluent from the purification unit of the sulfuric acid plant is used in lieu of process water for the third washing water for the vacuum filtration in the extraction unit of the phosphoric acid production.The operation conditions and improvement measures are outlined.Through experimental operation,zero effluent discharge is achieved,and the environmental protection and cleaning production requirements are met.
