摘　　要：政策是发展循环经济的重要保障。文章采用博弈的方法分析了政府的环境政策对企业追求环境绩效行为的作用机制,阐明如何通过适当的环境政策,引导企业协调环境绩效与经济绩效的关系,促进循环经济的顺利发展。Policy is an important factor to ensure the development of circular economy. With game theory, this article analyzes the mechanism of environmental policy to enterprisc＇s pursuing environmental performance. It aims at clarifying how to harmonize the relationships between environmental performance and economic performance, which in order to promote the development of recycled economy.
