摘　　要：目的：探讨化疗患者恶心、呕吐的护理,减轻病人痛苦,提高化疗质量。方法：通过有效的心理护理,预防性地给予止吐药、饮食指导和加强基础护理。结果：85%患者胃肠道症状轻微不影响生活和进食;消除化疗的恐惧心理,增强患者战胜疾病的信心。结论：控制患者恶心呕吐的综合性措施能降低患者化疗期间恶心、呕吐的发生率,提高患者的生存质量。Objective： To discuss the nursing on nausea and vomiting in chemotherapy patients, so as to alleviate their sufferings and improve chemotherapy quality. Method： Patients were given effective mental nursing, as well as antiemetie, diet guidance and basic nursing. Result： 85% patients have slight gastrointestinal symptoms and have no interfere with lifestyle and eating. Patients＇ fear psychology toward chemotherapy were eliminated and their confidence of defeating the disease were increased. Conclusion： The comprehensive measures can decrease the incidence of nausea and vomiting during chemotherapeutic period and improve patients＇ living quality
