摘　　要：目的：探讨中心静脉导管使用肝素封管液与无针密闭输液接头两种封管方法的效果,选择最佳封管方法。方法：深静脉置管术病人70例随机分为两组,观察组36例用无针密闭输液接头,对照组34例用肝素帽输液完后用25U/ml的肝素钠生理盐水3-5ml正压脉冲式封管。结果：无针密闭输液接头与肝素封管液相比堵管率比较有显著差异性（P〈0.05）。结论：无针密闭输液接头更适用于中心静脉导管封管。Objective： To discuss the effect of heparin sodium and needleless closed connector for the use of central venous catheter so as to choose the best tuber sealing method. Method： 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Needleless closed connector were used in 36 cases. Others were apply 25U/ml heparine sodium 3-5ml for tuber sealing. Result： The obstructing rates had significant difference in two groups. Conclusion： Needleless closed connector was more suitable for central venous catheter.
