摘 要:对百子莲的花蜜分泌节律及影响百子莲昆虫访花行为的因素进行了分析和检测。结果发现:百子莲的花蜜存在2次分泌现象,花蜜分泌速率及花蜜常备量均在开花第2天达到最大值。花蜜含量糖为21.80%~36.14%。去雄和切除花瓣试验表明:百子莲的主要传粉报酬为花蜜,其在诱导昆虫传粉中起主要作用。昆虫的访花活动与开花式样有一定关系,10~15朵花是百子莲有较好传粉效率的开花式样。The nectar secretion rhythms of Agapanthus africanus ssp. orientalis 'Big Blue' and the factors influencing pollinating insects to visit A. africanus were tested and analyzed. The results showed that most flowers of A. africanus secreted nectar two times and the nectar secretion rate and nectar standing crop reached the peak on the 2rid day after flowering. The sugar content of nectar changed between 21.80% and 36.14%. The tests for emasculation and perianth removal showed that the reward of nectar was more attractive than pollen to pollinators. Moreover, there was a certain rela- tion between the insects' visiting activities and the number of simultaneously-blooming flowers on in- florescence(NSBF), and when the NSBF was 10- 15, the frequency for pollinators to visit a flower was higher and thus the pollination efficiency was better.
