城市职能分类与职能调整的理论与方法探讨——以河南省为例

摘　　要：在前人研究的基础上,对城市职能分类与职能调整理论和方法做了系统总结和深入探讨,其中明确提出了城市职能具有结构属性、空间属性和时间属性,为科学、准确把握城市职能特征提供了理论指导.综合考虑城市职能的基本要素和基本属性,基于城市经济基础理论,运用Morre回归方法、多变量聚类分析和Nelson统计分析相结合的方法,将河南省38个设市城市分为8个大类、10个亚类.按照世界经济全球化发展的趋势,国家和区域宏观经济发展的战略部署,以及城市自身条件和发展基础,采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,提出了河南省主要城市职能调整方案.Classifying urban function and adjusting its structure is an important content of urban integrated planning,urban system and regional planning. Based on the former research, this paper summarized across-the-board and discussed deeply the correlative theory and method, and proposed that urban function also had three attributes about structure, space and time besides the three elements of special department, functional intensity and functional scale, which helps to know the urban function scientifically and exactly. Based on the theory of urban economic foundation, considering the basic elements and attributes of urban function, and using the methods of Morre regression analysis, multi-variable clustering and Nelson statistical analysis, this paper classified the 38 cities into 8 genera and 11 hypo-genera in Henan province. According to the trend of economic globalization, the stratagy of national and regional economic macrostrueture and the foundation of urban development, and with qualitative and quantitative analysis, the project of functional orientation and direction of the major cities in Henan province. The result is testified to aeeord with the fact and feasible in emending the urban system planning of Henan province.
