摘 要:目的应用心肌自动分区运动分析(A-SMA)技术对正常儿童心功能进行研究。方法A-SMA技术检测160例正常儿童左室收缩期面积变化率(FAC-S)、舒张期面积变化率(FAC-D)和总面积变化率(FAC-T)。结果正常儿童各组左室壁FAC-S、FAC-D从基底段至心尖段有减低的趋势。各组左室短轴二尖瓣水平切面FAC-T大于乳头肌水平切面,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);乳头肌水平切面大于心尖水平切面,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论A-SMA技术可以定量检测正常儿童左室功能。Objective A-SMA application of the normal children to study cardiac function. Methods A-SMA detected 160 cases of children with normal left ventricular fractional area change-systolic (FAC-S), fractional area change-diastolic (FAC-D) and fractional area change-total (FAC-T) . Results In the group of normal children, left wall FAC-S and FAC-D from the basement to apical segment have a reducing trend. Within each group FAC-T in the short axis view at the mitral valve level is greater than the papillary muscle level, but the difference was not significant (P〈0.05) ; the short axis view at the papillary muscle level is greater than the apex level, the difference was significant (P〈0.01) . Conclusions A-SMA quantitative detection of children with normal heart function.
