摘　　要：以沈阳高压开关厂技术改造项目为例，根据国家和地方对水污染物总量控制的要求，对企业的总量控制环境管理进行了探讨，并提出具体措施．给出了相应的削减量，实现总量控制目标．This paper gives a brief introduction and analysis on how to control total amount pollutants in water by the example of the technical innovation project in High Voltage Switch Factory of Shenyang.Based on the ask of RPA,Liaoning EPB and Shenyang EPB about controlling the total amount water pollutants,it's put into practice for the business to the environment management and put forword the approaches for the total amount control to reduce water pollutants' discharge.
