电子喉镜下声带息肉摘除242例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨表麻电子喉镜下声带息肉摘除术的疗效。方法:2006年8月～2008年8月,242例患者行门诊电子喉镜下声带息肉摘除术。一次性完成手术224例,2次完成手术18例。结果:术后1个月所有患者无声音嘶哑,嗓音恢复正常。嗓音声学参数和术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:电子喉镜下声带息肉摘除疗效确切,具有视野清晰、操作准确、微创等优点,值得推广应用。Objective： To study the therapeutic effects of excising vocal cord polyp through electronic laryngoscope under topical anesthesia. Methods： 242 cases were performed operation of excising vocal cord polyp from August 2006 to August 2008,of which 224 cases were done once operation and the other twice. Results： All the patients were free from hoarseness and the voice is normal after operation one month. There was significant difference with the pre- operative and post-operative voice acoustic parameters（P〈0.001）.Conclusion： Excising vocal cord polyp under electronic laryngoscope is good surgical procedure, with more advantages such as clear view of operation field, accurate management to the lesion tissue and a minimal invasive operation to the laryngeal mucosa.
