摘　　要：随着商贸及流通领域的开放以及境外企业的进入,如何发展温州商贸物流将成为温州物流业急需解决的问题。结合温州产业特性,文中通过分析温州商贸物流业的现状,明确商贸物流发展的优势及存在的问题,在此基础上提出发展温州市商贸物流的对策和建议。With the commercial trade and opening up the field as well as the entry of foreign enterprises, llow to develop logistics business in Wenzhou has become an urgent problem need to solve. In my paper ,Combination of industry characteristics in Wenzhou, analyzing the status of business of the industry logistics, Clearing advantage of the development get the development of Wenzhou City on business logistics of commerce and logistics problems. It is to strategies and recommendations.
