摘　　要：《普通高等学校学生管理规定》在2005年颁布实施,其最大的创新之处在于突出以人为本和依法管理,确立了新时期高校学生管理的新思路和新模式。高等学校学生管理工作的实践证明,这一思路和模式更加适应新形势下我国高校的培养目标,它的贯彻落实正全面推进我国高校学生管理工作的创新发展,开创了现代高校学生管理工作的新局面。Regulations on Administration of Students in Regular Higher Education Institutions was promulgated and implemented in 2005. Its main creativity lies in the concept of people-oriented and legal management. In the regulations, the new idea and model for the administration of current university students have been established. The implementation of the regulations has obtained good results, which demonstrates that the new idea and model meet the education targets of Chinese universities. It can further promote the comprehensive and creative development of Chinese university student management. Most importantly, it can create a new situation for the current university student management in China.
