摘 要:为更客观地评价空气污染与肺癌的关系,用32P后标记法检测城市与农村不吸烟女性肺癌患者与非肺癌患者正常肺组织中DNA加合物的含量。城乡妇女、城乡肺癌患者、城乡非肺癌妇女、城市肺癌妇女与农村非肺癌妇女、农村肺癌患者与非肺癌妇女之间均未见统计学差异,但发现城市患者比农村患者,肺癌患者比非肺癌患者的肺组织DNA加合物含量高的趋势。To assess the relationship between air pollution and lung cancer more objectively,DNA adduct levels in lung tissues obtained both from female patients with lung cancer and without lung cancer who were nonsmokers living in town and in rural area were detected with 32P postlabeling assayThe results showed that DNA adduct levels presented no differences in all groups,such as:patients in city and rural,patients with lung cancer in city and rural,patients without lang cancer in city and rural,patients in city with lung cancer and in rural without lung cancer,patients in rural with and without lung cancerHigher DNA adduct levels were found in city patients and patients with lung cancer living in towns or in rural areas
