摘 要:为合理利用水资源,为改善饮水卫生提供依据,应用竞争酶联免疫吸附试验,对于1997年9月至12月间从江苏海门、泰兴、淮安和扬中4个县(市)收集的各类居民接触用水水样和1996年8月至9月间从湖周7个自来水厂的源水和出厂自来水样进行微囊藻毒素(MC)测定。结果在4个地区的沟塘水与河水中均检测出低浓度MC,沟塘水样MC检出率在167%~428%之间,而河水水样MC检出率均约为18%;另从某湖周7个自来水厂不同时期采集的源水样中均检测到此毒素,其浓度范围在28135300ng/L之间;并在3个自来水厂的出厂水中检出低浓度的毒素(1281400ng/L)。结果提示MC污染在江苏一些地区比较常见,采用常用的饮水消毒处理并不能完全消除水体中的微囊藻毒素。To provide scientific basis for the retional use of water sources and improvement of drinking water quality,the microcystins(MC) in water samples collected from Haimen,Taixin,Huaian and Yangzhong counties,Jiangsu province in SepDec,1977 and source and tap water of seven waterworks around a lake in summer was detected by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)MC was determined in 167% ̄428% of ditch water samples and about 18% of river water samplesMC was also determined in source water from all the seven waterworks,and the concentration range was 281 ̄35 300ng/LFrom three waterworks,low concentration of MC (128 ̄1 400ng/L)was detected in the tap waterThe result suggested that micricystins in source water could not be removed completely by conventional disinfection treatment
