摘  要:为探讨慢性砷中毒对甲皱微循环的远期影响,于改水10年后,对新疆奎屯地区原慢性砷中毒地区曾经饮用高砷水至少5年的居民及其改水后出生的子女的甲皱微循环情况作了观察,结果显示:改水10年后人群尿砷、尿氟均在正常值范围,成人及其子女的尿砷、甲皱微循环与对照相比差异均无显著性,没有发现慢性砷中毒患者子女的甲皱微循环受影响。提示去除高砷饮水这一环境因素经历一定的时间后,人体的甲皱微循环能够恢复正常。The study was taken 10 years after drinking water was treated to decrease the arsenic level in Kuitun,Xinjiang,where happened endemic arsenismThe situation of microcirculation of nail wrinkle of the local residents who had drink higharsenic water at least 5 years and their children who were born after waterchanged were observedThe results showed that both the arsenic and fluorlde levels in urine of the residents were in normal ranges since the arsenic level in drinking water was decreasedCompared with the contral group, no significant differences were found among both adults and their children's in arsenic levels and nail wrinkle index of microcirculationNo hazardous effets were observed in microcirculation of nail winkle among the chronic endemic arsenic patients'later generationsIt indicated that the normal microcirculation of nail winkle could be recovered after the high arsenic level of drinking water as a environmental factor had been eliminated for a long time
