摘 要:为探讨慢性砷中毒对甲皱微循环的远期影响,于改水10年后,对新疆奎屯地区原慢性砷中毒地区曾经饮用高砷水至少5年的居民及其改水后出生的子女的甲皱微循环情况作了观察,结果显示:改水10年后人群尿砷、尿氟均在正常值范围,成人及其子女的尿砷、甲皱微循环与对照相比差异均无显著性,没有发现慢性砷中毒患者子女的甲皱微循环受影响。提示去除高砷饮水这一环境因素经历一定的时间后,人体的甲皱微循环能够恢复正常。The study was taken 10 years after drinking water was treated to decrease the arsenic level in Kuitun,Xinjiang,where happened endemic arsenismThe situation of microcirculation of nail wrinkle of the local residents who had drink higharsenic water at least 5 years and their children who were born after waterchanged were observedThe results showed that both the arsenic and fluorlde levels in urine of the residents were in normal ranges since the arsenic level in drinking water was decreasedCompared with the contral group, no significant differences were found among both adults and their children's in arsenic levels and nail wrinkle index of microcirculationNo hazardous effets were observed in microcirculation of nail winkle among the chronic endemic arsenic patients'later generationsIt indicated that the normal microcirculation of nail winkle could be recovered after the high arsenic level of drinking water as a environmental factor had been eliminated for a long time
