大跨椭圆形弦支穹顶结构的施工方案对比及优选研究

摘　　要：结合国内首例大型弦支穹顶屋盖的结构特点、施工现场条件、施工工期及施工成本等多方面因素,详细对比不同施工方案的优劣,指出单一的传统施工方法已难以胜任该复杂结构的施工。由此优选出总体施工方案及流程,即上部双层网壳采用顶升外扩与高空散装相结合的综合安装法;下部张拉索杆体系的安装穿插于上部网壳安装过程中;拉索的张拉应在上部网壳完全合龙并形成整体后实施,按由外围到中心的总体顺序(外圈→中圈→内圈)进行张拉。In combination with structural characteristics, conditions of construction site, construction period and cost etc., the advantages and disadvantages of several different construction plans for the first long-span elliptical suspendome structure in China are compared and analysed in detail. It is pointed out thatsingle traditional construction technology can not be suitable for the construction of this complex structure. Furthermore, the overall construction plan and process are optimized and selected as follows： （1）the synthesis installation method which combines ＇lifting ＆ external extending＇ with ＇installation in bulk at high altitude＇, is adopted in the construction of the upper latticed shell, （2）the installation of the lower cable-strut system and that of the upper latticed shell are interpenetrating, （3）the cable tension should be carried out after the closure of the upper latticed shell, and the basic sequence of cable tension is from the outer to the inner, namely, outer ring→ middle ring→inner ring.
