摘　　要：温州地区某宿舍楼发生一定程度的不均匀沉降,建筑物结构出现裂缝。建设单位要求增加二层。在分析建筑物出现不良现象的原因后,提出采用锚杆静压桩和原有水泥搅拌桩组成刚-柔性桩复合地基对地基进行加固,取得了预期效果。A dormitory in Wenzhou took place unequal settlement to some degree which caused the building cracking. However the owner still wanted to add two floors to the building. On the base of analyzing the causes of the bad situation of building, a plan of composite foundation with rigid-flexible piles composed of anchored static pile and cement mixing pile was put forward for reinforcing the foundation, by which an anticipated effect was achieved.
