发展中国家FDI理论的发展与对中国的启示

摘　　要：传统的对外直接投资理论(foreign direct investment,FDI)大多是站在发达国家的角度开展研究的。近些年,随着发展中国家的经济快速增长,发展中国家的对外直接投资也快速发展,原有的理论已经很难解释这一现象。基于发展中国家的FDI理论得到了快速的发展,对其进行回顾,揭示了它们在现阶段对中国开展FDI的启示。Traditional FDI theory were based on developed countries,which could not explain the phenomenon with the rapid development of the economy in developing countries. In view of this, the development of the FDI in developing countries was reviewed. And the lessons from their development were found to help the development of current China＇s FDI.
