摘 要:在pH5.9醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,Tb^3+与沙拉沙星反应形成1:2的稳定络合物,发出Tb^3+特征荧光。Tb^3+在激发波长335nm,发射波长545nm处的特征荧光强度与沙拉沙星含量成正比,沙拉沙星溶液浓度在0.05~0.65mg/L范围内符合线性关系,方法检出限为0.72μg/L。该方法用于片剂中盐酸沙拉沙星含量的测定,6次平行测定该方法回收率为94.8%~104.3%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~3.8%。In acetic acid- sodium acetate buffer of pH 5.9, terbium (Ⅲ) reacts with Sarafloxacin to form a coordinate compound (1:2), emitting characteristic fluorescence of terbium (Ⅲ) The concentration of Samfloxacin is determined by the fluorescence intensity of terbium (Ⅲ) at the excitation wavelength of 335 nm and the emission wavelength of 490 nm. The linear range for the determination of Sarafloxacin was 0.05 - 0.65 mg/L and the detection limit for Samfloxacin was 0.72μg/L. It can be applied satisfactorily to the determination of Sarafloxacin in tablets. Among six parallel experiments, the relative standard deviations were 1.5% - 3.8% and the recoveries 94.8% - 104.3%. A fluorimetrie method for the determination of Sarafloxacin was proposed, which is based on the inherent advantages of lanthanide sensitized fluorescence: wide stokes shifts, emission of sharp line interference, etc. It has the following advantages and the characteristics of emission spectroscopy of the lanthanide ions, such as narrow spectrum, stability, little background selectivity and these make the proposed method more stable, sensitive and selective.
