高效液相色谱法测定木材及其制品中的酚类防腐剂

摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法（HPLC）检测木材制品中五氯苯酚（PCP）、四氯苯酚（TeCP）和邻苯基苯酚（0PP）的方法。以甲醇-10mmol／L醋酸铵水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱，以C18柱为分离柱，DAD为检测器，检测波长为220nm，并且对提取方式、提取溶剂、提取时间进行讨论。PCP、TeCP、OPP线性范围分别为0．02～200mg／L（r=0．99994），0．02～200mg／L（r=0．99990），0．04～200mg／L（r=0．99995）；测定检出限均为0．1mg／kg；回收率96．70％～104．4％，RSD≤3．8％（n=7）。方法能够满足木材制品中PCP、TeCP、OPP的分析要求。An analytical method using high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was established for simultaneous determination of Pentachlorophenol （PCP）, Tetrachlorophenol （TeCP） and Orthophenylphenol （OPP） in wood products. LC separation was performed on a C18 column with a gradient elution consisting of aqueous ammonium acetate and methanol. Analytes were detected using a DAD at a wavelength of 220 urn. The linear range of PCP, TeCP, OPP were 0.02-200 mg/L （ r = 0.99994）, 0.02- 200 mg/L （ r = 0.99990）, 0.04- 200 mg/L （ r = 0.99995）, respectively. The detection limits were 0.1 mg/kg. The extraction method, extraction solvent, and extraction time were also discussed to give the optimum results. Extraction recoveries were beteen 96.70% and 104.4%, and RSDs were below 3.8 % （ n = 7）. The method can be applied to determining PCP, TeCP and OPP in wood products with satisfactory restdts.
